We just wanted to send our thanks and to tell you how well you planned our daughters wedding.  We had a truly perfect day and all the expert plans that were discussed fell easily into place during the day.  Drayton Old Lodge is a wonderful and picturesque venue that made a fantastic setting for a very pretty summer wedding.  As parents we felt very emotional and extremley  proud on this very specail day.  So many many thanks to you and your team for masterminding this amazing occasion.

Nicky and Mark Wedding Saturday 8th May 2010

The Wedding was a total success and everyone had a fantastic time.  All the careful planning and determination to make it "our" day certainly paid off.  We have had over 20 cards from friends and relatives thanking us for a lovely day which really does mean so much to us.  The rain did not affect anything and the venue played a big part in that.  We got our photos back on Monday and we are so pleased with them.  The rain has made some of them a bit more dramatic which is lovely and we did manage to get some nice bright ones outdoors. 

As you witnessed the ceremony was very emotional and there were many happy tears shed by most of our guests.  We wanted our wedding to be about the people and about keeping it real and we feel that this was definitely acheived.

From our point of view the event went like clockwork and the professionalism of your team shone through without exception they were helpful, courteous and smiling and even the weather held for us.

Ken and I are especially grateful for the way you organised the event at relatively short notice following our problems with our previous venue. What could have been a disaster for us was quickly turned around by your efficiency and our sense of relief was enormous.
Please pass on our thanks to your colleagues and we look forward to visiting Drayton Old Lodge for lunch in the future when we’re in Norwich visiting our daughter and new son-in-law.

Drayton Flower Club Luncheon 23rd July 2010

On behalf of everbody at the club I would like to say a huge Thank you to you and all the staff involved for making our Sapphire Anniversary Luncheon such a memorable occasion.  We were made to feel so welcome, the meal was superb and we couldnt have been better served.  We all felt very relaxed with plenty of time to enjoy the lovely surroundings at atmosphere.

50th Birthday Dinner 10th July 2010

Many thanks to you and your colleagues for Saturday evening.  We all had a fabulous time and so many of my guests have commented on what a wonderful venue Drayton Old Lodge is and how great the food was etc etc.  One friend has earmarked it as a venue for her Daughters wedding, although she is yet to find a groom!

Thankyou for last night it was brilliant.  We have had so many nice comments about the whole evening.  Thank you for all your hard work and organisation it all went so smoothly.  The food was excellent, the roast beef was cooked just right and the canapes were a very good idea.  Hope we can do it again next year.

Golden Wedding Party, March 2009

We would like to thank the management and staff of Drayton Old Lodge for the outstanding evening we spent there on the occasion of our Golden Wedding Party. The table buffet meal was superb and was thoroughly enjoyed by all; the way the tables and decorations were set out helped to make the evening a great success.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this great location for special occasions.

MBS Awards Christmas Party;

Further to our staff Christmas Party at Drayton Old Lodge please pass on our unanimous thanks to your staff for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Upon entering the dining hall we were immediately taken by the impressive and prestigious surroundings. This “wow” factor sets the mind of guests well for the evening to come. The menu and wine list offered a first class choice, and indeed lived up to all our expectations when served, and is more than a match for many of the “exclusive restaurants”. Each member of waiting and bar staff has so obviously been trained very well in their job but, perhaps they were also picked for their smile and disposition! They were an absolute credit to you restaurant.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, your fellow directors and your staff in particular consideration for Kathryn for all the hard work and effort they put in, to make our event such a success.
