Well where do I start!! Firstly I dragged poor Shaun around 8 different venues and we never agreed on one until we visited Drayton Old Lodge. It was perfect. We would like to thank you for all your help from start to finish. You answered all our emails and phone calls and ther were many! You made oue day perfect and we cant thank you enough for that. The whole day went well and we were both very pleases that the weather stayed fine. The food well what can I say it was georgous, everyone loved the food so a big thank you to the chef for that. We would also like to thank everyone who was involved in setting up the marquee it was stunning, better than what I ever imagined it would look. A massive thank you to Laura for looking after us during the day and Pepe you done a great job too and listenned to what we wanted. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. We cant thank you enough.

We could not have asked for more perfect setting for the day, and we have attached a couple of photos that highlight the venue wonderfully. Everyone that attended commented on the lovely setting but also on the quality of service. Throughout the whole day everyone felt looked after especially myself and Samantha. The service was quick efficient and the staff could not do enough to help. The Chef deserves a big pat on the back, the food came out hot and was absolutley spot on.

The biggest thanks to yourself though (Kathryn) we really appreciated all the help you have provided us with especially answering the many questions and emails I sent. Since we first attended and you showed us around all through until the big day we knew that it would run smoothly.

Nicky and Mark Wedding Saturday 8th May 2010

The Wedding was a total success and everyone had a fantastic time. All the careful planning and determination to make it "our" day certainly paid off. We have had over 20 cards from friends and relatives thanking us for a lovely day which really does mean so much to us. The rain did not affect anything and the venue played a big part in that. We got our photos back on Monday and we are so pleased with them. The rain has made some of them a bit more dramatic which is lovely and we did manage to get some nice bright ones outdoors.

As you witnessed the ceremony was very emotional and there were many happy tears shed by most of our guests. We wanted our wedding to be about the people and about keeping it real and we feel that this was definitely acheived.

Drayton Flower Club Luncheon 23rd July 2010

On behalf of everbody at the club I would like to say a huge Thank you to you and all the staff involved for making our Sapphire Anniversary Luncheon such a memorable occasion. We were made to feel so welcome, the meal was superb and we couldnt have been better served. We all felt very relaxed with plenty of time to enjoy the lovely surroundings at atmosphere.

50th Birthday Dinner 10th July 2010

Many thanks to you and your colleagues for Saturday evening. We all had a fabulous time and so many of my guests have commented on what a wonderful venue Drayton Old Lodge is and how great the food was etc etc. One friend has earmarked it as a venue for her Daughters wedding, although she is yet to find a groom!

School Prom - June 29th 2010

Thank you for last night it was brilliant. We have had so many nice comments about the whole evening. Thank you for all your hard work and organisation it all went so smoothly. The food was excellent, the roast beef was cooked just right and the canapes were a very good idea. Hope we can do it again next year.

We would like to thank the management and staff of Drayton Old Lodge for the outstanding evening we spent there on the occasion of our Golden Wedding Party. The table buffet meal was superb and was thoroughly enjoyed by all; the way the tables and decorations were set out helped to make the evening a great success.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this great location for special occasions.

MBS Awards Christmas Party;

Further to our staff Christmas Party at Drayton Old Lodge please pass on our unanimous thanks to your staff for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Upon entering the dining hall we were immediately taken by the impressive and prestigious surroundings. This “wow” factor sets the mind of guests well for the evening to come. The menu and wine list offered a first class choice, and indeed lived up to all our expectations when served, and is more than a match for many of the “exclusive restaurants”. Each member of waiting and bar staff has so obviously been trained very well in their job but, perhaps they were also picked for their smile and disposition! They were an absolute credit to you restaurant.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, your fellow directors and your staff in particular consideration for Kathryn for all the hard work and effort they put in, to make our event such a success.
